Warriors At Ease Yoga Class — Cohen Clinic at Endeavors

A weekly trauma-informed yoga class in the GECU Estrella Event Space at the Endeavors Health & Wellness Center, designed for Veterans, active-duty Service Members, and military family members. It is a supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect at your own pace and in community with others. Weekly on Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. Participants are asked to register for the class.
