Terms of Use

What this service is, what it is not, and the rules we both operate under.

Effective October 4, 2026 · Last updated October 4, 2026

We are not the VA, the DoD, or Military OneSource

Veterans OneSource™ is a private service operated by Di Nola Consulting, LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the Armed Forces, or Military OneSource, the separate program operated by the Department of Defense at militaryonesource.mil.

We know the names resemble each other, and we would rather say this plainly than let anyone assume otherwise. We cannot process a claim, change a benefit, access your records, or speak for any government agency. For official business, go to va.gov or call the VA at 1-800-698-2411.

Agreement

These terms apply when you use veteransonesource.app, its city and installation hubs, its calendar feeds, and the installable app. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. There is nothing to sign and no account to create.

We wrote these in plain English on purpose. Where a plain-English sentence and a legal formality collide, we chose the sentence you can actually read.

What This Service Is

Veterans OneSource™ is a free directory of events, programs, and resources for Service Members, Veterans, Military Spouses, Military Families, caregivers, and survivors, organized by city and installation. We gather listings from public sources and from people who submit them, and we link you to the organization actually running each one.

We are a signpost, not the destination. The events are theirs. The programs are theirs. The money, the eligibility rules, the registration, and the follow-through are all theirs. Our job is to help you find them.

Information Only — Not Professional Advice

Nothing on this site is advice

Benefit rules, filing deadlines, eligibility criteria, and program availability change, sometimes without notice and sometimes retroactively. A deadline we list may move. A program we list may close. Before you act on anything you read here, confirm it with the VA, the administering agency, or a qualified professional. If a deadline matters to you, verify it at the source.

If you are in crisis, do not wait on this site. Call or text the Veterans Crisis Line at 988, then press 1, or text 838255.

Accuracy, and the Limits of It

We check listings before they go up and we correct what we find wrong, but we do not control the organizations we list and we cannot guarantee that a date, time, location, cost, or eligibility rule is still accurate when you read it. Events get rescheduled and canceled. Registration links expire. Addresses change.

Treat every listing as a starting point and confirm the details with the organizer before you travel, pay, or plan around it. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Links to Other Sites

Most listings link somewhere else. Those sites are not ours. We do not control their content, their accuracy, their security, or how they handle your information, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you leave this site, their terms and their privacy policy govern, not ours.

We screen for the practices described in our Sponsorship & Disclosure statement, and we remove what does not measure up. That screening is a good-faith effort, not a guarantee.

If You Submit a Listing

Anyone may submit an event, program, or resource through our submission form. When you do, you are telling us:

Submission is not publication. We review every submission, we may edit it for length, clarity, accuracy, or house style, and we may decline it. Every submitter hears back from us either way, with a reason. We may remove any listing at any time at our sole discretion, as described in our Sponsorship & Disclosure statement.

We do not list paid VA claims-assistance services. Accredited representation is free through a VSO, an accredited agent, or an accredited attorney, and we will not help anyone charge Veterans for it.

Acceptable Use

Use the site for its purpose: finding and sharing resources for the military community. Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, do not submit false or misleading listings, do not use it to harvest contact information, do not attempt to breach or interfere with it, and do not use it to harass anyone.

Our calendar feeds and listings are free to subscribe to and to share. If you want to republish a meaningful portion of our content, ask us first — the answer is usually yes, and we will usually just ask for attribution.

Our Content and Marks

The site's design, original text, code, compilation, and arrangement belong to Di Nola Consulting, LLC. Veterans OneSource™ and the V1S eagle mark are ours. Flyers, logos, and event descriptions belong to the organizations that created them and appear here to identify and promote their events. Government content, such as material from VA.gov, is used as the public resource it is.

No Warranty

This is a free service, provided as it is and as it is available. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that listings are accurate or current, or that the site will meet your needs. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Di Nola Consulting, LLC and anyone working with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost benefit, missed deadline, wasted trip, or lost opportunity, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything in it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case the limits above apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits.

Privacy and Accessibility

How we handle information is covered in our Privacy Policy. What we have built for assistive technology, and what we still owe, is covered in our Accessibility Statement. Both are part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will say so in the newsletter rather than hoping you notice. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where Di Nola Consulting, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer-protection law of the place you actually live.

Contact Us

Questions about these terms, a correction, a removal request, or a concern about a listing all go to the same place. A person reads it.
