Bataan Memorial Death March 2027 — White Sands Missile Range

Registration is open for the 2027 Bataan Memorial Death March at White Sands Missile Range on Saturday, 20 March 2027. The march honors the service members who defended the Philippines during World War II and were forced on the Bataan Death March. The main course is a marathon distance of 26.2 miles over hills, rocks, sand, and desert heat; a shorter honorary march is also offered. Marchers enter as individuals or teams, military or civilian, in light pack or heavy pack divisions. Register at bataanmarch.com. The flyer does not give a start time or an entry fee — check bataanmarch.com for the day's schedule and current fees. Plan for an early arrival: White Sands Missile Range tells marchers to be at the gates well before dawn, and everyone entering needs valid photo identification, with drivers also needing proof of insurance and vehicle registration.
