The St. Joseph VA Clinic is a community-based outpatient clinic of the Kansas City VA Medical Center, and VA outreach teams visit it regularly for enrollment and benefits help. The Buchanan County Veterans Service Office, the local VFW and American Legion posts, and Missouri Veterans Commission staff cover claims and state benefits.
