South Bend and Mishawaka sit at the center of Michiana’s Veteran community. The Jackie Walorski VA Clinic in Mishawaka is the area’s main VA Northern Indiana outpatient site, and St. Joseph County Veteran services, the South Bend Vet Center, and a deep bench of VSO posts serve Veterans on both sides of the Indiana-Michigan line.
