Saginaw sits at the heart of the Great Lakes Bay Region, and the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center on Weiss Street is the hub of Veteran care for a catchment reaching across mid and northern Michigan. Between the medical center, Saginaw County Veteran services, and neighboring Midland, Bay City, and University Center, the area supports one of the densest concentrations of Veteran programming in the state.
