Its Veterans are served by the Roseau County Veterans Service Office and, since 2026, by a VA ATLAS telehealth site in the Roseau County Courthouse — one of the Accessing Telehealth through Local Area Stations rooms the VA places in rural communities so that distance, weather, and thin rural broadband stop being reasons to miss an appointment. Roseau falls in the Fargo VA Health Care System catchment, more than 140 miles away, which is precisely why the ATLAS site matters here.
