Oneonta sits where the Susquehanna Valley meets the northern foothills of the Catskills, a college town serving a wide rural catchment. Veterans across Otsego County are supported by county Veteran services and by VA clinic and outreach programming, with the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center serving the wider region.
