Friday, Oct. 30 5:30-7 p.m. Overlook, Carney Park (next to the Carney Park Country Club Restaurant) For ages 9 years and older* An instructor will lead the group through a gratitude yoga practice followed by journaling in the peaceful, relaxing setting of Carney Park. Stay after the practice to socialize with tea and cider. Yoga is free, beverages for sale. After the yoga event, stay for dinner at the Carney Park Country Club Restaurant.
