Hidden Battles Foundation's weekly ruck and hike group meets every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at the Nashua YMCA for roughly a 3-mile ruck or hike - a chance to connect with nature, practice a little mindfulness, and spend the morning with fellow outdoor lovers. All experience levels welcome, whether you're a seasoned hiker or just looking to get moving. Bring water, comfortable shoes, and good vibes; dogs are welcome.
