About This Initiative

Menominee is a harbor city on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, situated on the shores of Green Bay. The VA Great Lakes Health Care System provides outreach services to Veterans in Menominee, Marinette, and the surrounding tri-county area. The Menominee County Veterans Service Office assists Veterans with benefits claims, enrollment, and access to services. Local VFW and American Legion posts serve as gathering points for the Veteran community across the Upper Peninsula border region.
