The Marion VA Medical Center on West Main Street serves Veterans across a nineteen-county area of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, and western Kentucky. Veterans Honor Flight of Southern Illinois flies its missions out of Veterans Airport of Southern Illinois just west of town, and American Legion, VFW, and AMVETS posts across Williamson County keep the community connected year round.
