Junction is the seat of Kimble County in the Texas Hill Country, at the confluence of the North and South Llano rivers. Its Veterans and families are served by the Kimble County Veterans Service Office, the Texas Veterans Commission, and the Kerrville VA Medical Center — with the Texas Veterans Commission's Rural & Faith-Based program bringing resources and services directly to this rural community.
