Clayton is the seat of Union County, out on the high plains where New Mexico meets the Oklahoma panhandle and the Texas line. It is a long way from a VA regional office, which is why the New Mexico Department of Veterans' Services runs its Mobile Outreach Vehicle out here: a Veteran Service Officer parks at VFW Post 201 on Main Street and works through state and federal benefit claims one at a time, in person, for veterans and family members who would otherwise drive hours for the same conversation.
This site is provided by Di Nola Consulting to assist Military Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses in discovering events, resources, opportunities, and their community throughout Clayton and Union County.
Whether you're transitioning out of service, looking for career opportunities, seeking health and wellness support, or simply want to connect with your community, you'll find it here.
