Carlsbad is the seat of Eddy County, set on the Pecos River in the southeastern corner of New Mexico and best known as the gateway to Carlsbad Caverns National Park. It anchors a working oil and potash region with a substantial veteran population spread across a lot of country. VFW Post 8703 on San Jose Boulevard hosts the New Mexico Department of Veterans' Services Mobile Outreach Vehicle, where a Veteran Service Officer takes benefit claims in person.
This site is provided by Di Nola Consulting to assist Military Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses in discovering events, resources, opportunities, and their community throughout Carlsbad, Artesia and Eddy County.
Whether you're transitioning out of service, looking for career opportunities, seeking health and wellness support, or simply want to connect with your community, you'll find it here.
