Its Veteran community is anchored by American Legion Vicente Manzo Post 45, which also hosts Marine Corps League Detachment 1204. Benson Veterans draw on the wider Cochise County network as well, including the Warrior Healing Center and the Sierra Vista Vet Center Outstation to the south.
