A weekly Veteran-only group focused on mental health and well-being, including living with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. It meets every Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the MVOC Day Room in Gardner, hosted by Dr. Bob Stair, Air Force Veteran and MVOC counselor. No registration needed, just come on in. Free. Gardner is about 12 miles east of Athol.
