Cenla Veterans are served by the Alexandria VA Health Care System in Pineville, the Alexandria Vet Center, and a dense network of American Legion and VFW posts, along with Veteran-led nonprofits running equine therapy, retreats, and peer support across Rapides and the surrounding parishes.
