Submit Your EventWichita Falls is the heart of Texoma's military community and home to Sheppard Air Force Base — host of the 82nd Training Wing and the 80th Flying Training Wing, including the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) program, the only multinational pilot training program of its kind. The area is served by the Texas Veterans Commission, the Wichita County Veterans Service Office, the Veterans Affairs clinic in Wichita Falls (part of the VA North Texas Health Care System), and active VFW and American Legion posts across North Texas.
