Submit Your EventOvid is a Seneca County village set on the ridge between Seneca and Cayuga lakes in New York's Finger Lakes, home to American Legion Post 463. Just up the lakeshore lies Sampson State Park — the former Sampson Naval Training Station, where more than 400,000 sailors trained during World War II, later Sampson Air Force Base — now home to the Sampson WWII Navy Veterans Memorial Museum. The area is served by the New York State Division of Veterans' Services, the Seneca County Veterans Service Agency, and the Canandaigua VA Medical Center.
This site is a community resource brought to you by Di Nola Consulting to help Military Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses discover events, resources, and opportunities throughout Ovid and the Finger Lakes.
Whether you're transitioning out of service, looking for career opportunities, seeking health and wellness support, or simply want to connect with your community, you'll find it here.
