The region is served by Pease Air National Guard Base in Portsmouth, the New Hampshire National Guard, the Manchester VA Medical Center, and the New Hampshire Office of Veterans Services. Nashua is also home to Operation Delta Dog, which trains rescue dogs as service dogs for Veterans with PTSD, TBI, and MST.
