Submit Your EventBonham, the seat of Fannin County in Northeast Texas, has served Veterans since 1948 as the home of the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center — a VA North Texas Health Care System campus named for the longtime Speaker of the U.S. House, who spoke at its groundbreaking. The community is also served by the Texas Veterans Commission, the Fannin County Veterans Service Office, the Military Veteran Peer Network, and VFW Post 4852.
