The Elwood “Bud” Link Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic on Chester Kimm Road provides primary care under VA Spokane Health Care; it opened in 2007 and was named by Act of Congress for the Wenatchee Veteran who campaigned for it. Veterans across Chelan and Douglas counties come here for care.
