Submit Your EventDickinson, North Dakota is the seat of Stark County and the commercial centre of the state's southwest, at the eastern gateway to the Badlands and Theodore Roosevelt National Park and on the southern edge of the Bakken. It is served by the Dickinson VA Clinic of the Fargo VA Health Care System and the Stark County Veterans Service Office, and the Fargo VA regularly brings town halls and enrollment events out to the city — the nearest VA medical centre is a long drive east. Dickinson observes Mountain time, unlike Bismarck and the eastern half of the state.
