Submit Your EventOak Harbor sits on Whidbey Island alongside Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, a U.S. Navy airbase split between Ault Field and the Seaplane Base and home to some twenty active-duty squadrons. The installation’s Fleet & Family Support Center (the “Nor’Wester”) supports Sailors, retirees, Department of the Navy civilians and their families with counselling, relocation, financial and transition services, alongside the Exceptional Family Member Program and island VFW and American Legion posts.
